At AVJ Collection, we take pride in creating high-quality handcrafted candles and home décor products. Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our products are handcrafted or customized, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Used or burned candles
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • A refund (when applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
