All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1-2 business days.

Because many of our candles and personalized products are handcrafted, some orders may require additional preparation time.

Custom or personalized orders may take 3-5 business days before shipping.

United States: 3–7 business days
Canada: 7–14 business days
International: 10–21 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or customs processing.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package size
  • Destination

We may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of packaging

We will review and provide a replacement or solution.
